Metrotile Roofing Systems

We check the pitch (minimum of 13.5 degrees).

For new roofs we only use treated timber for roof trusses.
Check and update maintenance-free Fascias, Guttering and Downpipes.

Check and update the front and rear elevations (either PVCu cladding boards or plyboard).
Chack fitting/effectiveness of breathable roofing membrane. The battens are also checked at this point.
Upgrade to new Metrotile lightweight roofing system.

We install the colour of your choice.
We can also update your existing roof with new Roofline products if required.

Following the inspection, we may find that your roof is "in good working order" buy may require a little Roof Refurbishment.

We will repair or replace tiles that are damaged. We will clean the roof, apply a special protective coating.

STEPS

1. Inspect, report and clean the roof.
2. Replace any damaged tiles with new tiles.
3. Apply fungicidal wash to protect from fungal grouth.
4. Apply Resitex Roof Proofing coloured coats.
5. Seal the roof with a protective silicone weatherproof barrier.

We inspact Fascias, weatherboards, guttering and cladding systems.
